Client Events demand a special kind of planning creativity. These objective-driven events offered to special customers or business partners either as an incentive for future business or a “thank you” for past performance, and to provide an environment for client and customers to interact. We have planned and operated several client/customer events as diverse as a private wine-tasting to a Sailing Regatta using America Cup Vessels in the Caribbean.
Many participants are top-level executives; sophisticated individuals used to the best of everything who often attend these types of events. If deep-sea fishing is their interest, they’ve done it. If golf is their game, they’ve played the best courses in the country. If they want them, they can get tickets to a World Series or NFL Playoff game with a phone call. These people are not easily impressed. They value their time, especially their discretionary time, and will not waste it on some ho-hum activity.
